Regency Security, one of the UK’s largest Private Security Companies has announced its acquisition of Doorsec Ltd, a private security organisation based in London and the Home Counties.

This recent acquisition is the second phase of Regency Security’s ongoing expansion strategy, after successfully acquiring Securidor in the South of England earlier this year. Doorsec becoming part of the Regency Security Group includes the full management team and 350 door staff across the London and Home Counties area. The acquisition acts to further strengthen Regency Security’s position in these area.

Doorsec are a respected organisation in the Private Security Industry that has experienced increased growth year on year. Regency and Doorsec share the same core values of high levels of compliance, training and experience from its door staff. The acquisition will see Regency take on prestigious brands such as, Egg and The Deltic Group.
