Regency Security would like to thank all its staff and clients for one of their busiest festive periods ever recorded.
Throughout Christmas and New Year, over 3,000 staff were deployed to over 600 venues across the UK. In addition to the normal uplift in staffing at venues, a number of one off events took place together with an increase in football games being played throughout the period.
Gary Powers Managing Director said We are a people business and everyone played a part in making the operation a great success. Christmas is the busiest time of the year within the night time economy and the majority of the venues requested more staff during this period based on their forecasts. In addition to thanking the Door Supervisors who all performed extremely well, I also must thank our Area Managers, operational planners and recruiting teams for an excellent performance. Planning is a vital part of the jigsaw and this year it was better than ever, which is also a testament to our clients who communicated very closely with us to help make it a success it was, so thank you to them.
Regency Security is looking forward to a very successful 2020 and has already secured some new venues and additional events throughout the year. In addition, some exciting new incentives will be announced shortly to deliver its people first company values.
