Here at Regency we are very excited to announce the appointment of Kim Beasley, as the new Business Director for The Regency Security Group. Kim will be joining the team at Head Office and over seeing all aspects of the business.

Kim has followed a successful military career working in loss prevention roles with high street retailers which culminated in heading up the loss prevention function for one of the countrys leading high street brands. He then spent a number of years as a Security & Licensing Manager for one of the UKs leading leisure companies, during which time he was involved in the transition of new licensing legislation across a large number of different brands within this blue chip company.
Kim has developed an excellent reputation within the security industry providing a variety of services to a variety of clients, which include ultra-high net worth individuals, high end fashion houses, leisure retailers and various other corporate businesses. Kim has a proven, strong track record in service delivery through driving high standards of compliance at all levels throughout business operations and process.
Kim said ‘Having worked alongside Regency within the industry for many years I have seen the company grow to what is now one of the largest within the industry. When Gary approached me with the opportunity I was very interested to discuss this with him. Due to the company’s growth and my expertise in procedures and processes, I’m very excited to join Regency and help guide the company through the next chapter of it’s incredible journey’.
