Regency Guarding and Events are delighted to announce the award of a keyholding and alarm response contract with Braintree District Council.
The contract award now makes Regency Guarding responsible for delivering the service to the councils buildings with reactive keyholding and alarm responses at any time of the day, 365 days per year. If a keyholder is needed, Regency will dispatch security to the specific building, providing support and more importantly eliminate any potential risks to employees.
The service is overseen by the Regency Guarding control room, which is manned 24 hours a day by highly reliable security personnel. They are connected to alarm providers, the council and emergency services. Upon an alarm activation the control room arranges a visit to the site, deactivate and reset the alarm, notify the relevant people. As the control centre is managed around the clock, 365 days per year we are able to deal with any emergency or call-out response in a fast, effective and professional manner, giving Braintree District Council complete assurance and peace of mind.
